Introduction

Thank you for the opportunity to support your annual employee appreciation event through video storytelling. We understand how deeply meaningful these videos are in celebrating your team’s longevity, culture, and individual contributions. Based on our conversation with Aaron, this proposal outlines how JourneyWell Studios can deliver a seamless, well-organized video production experience — aligned with your internal schedule, recognition goals, and creative expectations.

Proposed Solution

We propose to produce 13 recognition videos categorized by service years:

• 8 videos for 15-year honorees (compiled into one seamless highlight video)
• 4 videos for 20-year honorees (individual videos)
• 1 video for 25-year honoree (individual video)

Each video will feature:

• B-roll of the honoree (captured around the corporate campus: indoor & outdoor)
• Interview footage of the honoree’s direct supervisor or manager
• Additional colleague interviews for 20- and 25-year honorees (up to 3–4 interviewees per video)
